What should I do if an applicant does not receive the link to complete the assessment?
If your candidate is not receiving the link to complete the assessment, there are 2 options for you:
- Ask your candidate to check both their Junk and Spam folders - it is likely that the invitation email has been blocked or reported as spam by their email provider.
- You can email the candidate the link to the assessment from your own email
- To do that, log into the platform, hover over the name of the candidate and select the “edit” icon.
- Then, select the “…” button in the top right corner and click on “Copy direct link to assessment”
Simply paste that link into an email and forward it to your candidate.
