In order to analyze the potential of a candidate or internal resource, you can review and discuss the AtmanPro results with one of our experts who will accompany you to determine the capacities, aptitudes, limitations and, possibilities of success of an individual in the targeted position, taking into account the existing work environment and culture. 

This interpretation will guide and assist in the recruitment and integration process of the candidate.

AtmanCo offers individual coaching sessions in a thought-provoking and creative process that encourages client self-discovery which will lead to inspire them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The results of the AtmanPro evaluation are presented and interpreted by an evaluation specialist.
