What is the difference between a login email and a communication email?
When creating access to your account for a new user, among the information requested, you must indicate a login email and a communication email.
Here is the difference:
The login email is a real or fictitious email address that will be used as the user's unique identifier. It is the address that the user must enter to log in to his account.
The communication email is an email address to which notifications will be sent to the user. This address is usually the user's business email address.
With few exceptions, it is possible to use the same email address for both login and communication. However, if the user has access to several accounts, in this case, a unique login email must be used for each account. Since no email is sent to this login address, it may be a fictitious address.
For example, login address: "PMalo_1@company.com".
and communication address: "PMalo@company.com "
